Terms of Service

My Video Gift turns photos, clips, names, relationships, and short memory notes you provide into a preview and, after payment, a final gift film with an original song.

The free preview is a browser preview. Final server-rendered film files are available only after payment and fulfillment are complete.

You keep ownership of the photos, clips, names, notes, and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, process, transform, render, and deliver that content only to provide the service, troubleshoot your order, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Only upload content you have the right and consent to use, including family photos, children's photos, voices, names, and likenesses. The service is for adults; do not let a child under 13 create or manage an order, or upload content directly.

After payment and delivery, you may use the final film for personal, non-commercial gift and keepsake sharing. You may not resell outputs, remove notices from generated files, or use the service to create synthetic media for deception.

Prices and any taxes or fees we collect are shown before checkout. Hosted Stripe Checkout processes card payments. We do not store full card numbers.

Delivery timing depends on payment confirmation, media quality, provider availability, and review gates. We work to deliver quickly, but do not guarantee a specific delivery minute.

If we cannot complete a paid final film in a reasonable time, we will notify you and either offer a revised delivery plan or refund the order.

You may not use the service to impersonate someone, harass, exploit, create sexual content, create hate or violent content, violate privacy rights, or attempt to overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls.

We may refuse, hold, remove, or cancel orders that appear unsafe, abusive, unlawful, fraudulent, or outside the intended gift use case.

The service is for personal gift and keepsake use. It is not legal, financial, medical, therapeutic, archival, or professional advice.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The version posted here applies when you use the service.
